Police report that a burglary took place early on Thursday morning, at around 3:30 am, in a shopping center in Kirchberg. Three burglars then fled in a car, which resulted in the police giving chase.
At the exit for Livange, direction Dudelange, the vehicle and its three passengers were involved in an accident, where they abandoned the car and fled on foot.
Due to the severity of the impact and damage to the vehicle it is thought that they are probably injured as a result of this accident.
The police therefore appeal to all those who may have witnessed suspicious behavior in the region to contact 113 as soon as possible.
