Breuninger director Holger Blecker noted that he deems the Grand Duchy an attractive and international destination. No financial details of the takeover have been announced thus far. The same applies to the future management of Bram.
Breuninger was founded in 1881 and currently employs around 5,500 people across thirteen stores.
