The police reports several interventions on Friday night due to noise complaints, quarrels and riots.

According to the police, a large portion of the interventions involved noise complaints in flats or at private parties. In some of these cases, intoxicated individuals had been making too much noise or otherwise attracted negative attention.

The police also reports a party of drunk people who went on a rampage in a bus, as well as an individual who rioted in the emergency department of the Esch hospital. A third individual was found rioting in a hotel in Dudelange, carrying a knife with him. The latter two spent the night in detention.
