The man asked the employees to hand over cash from the register and made off on foot toward Bollendorf. Drivers nearby were asked not to take hitchhikers. The man was described as around 180cm tall with dark eyes and being between 20 and 30 years old. He was wearing dark clothes and covering his face with a black scarf.
