500 additional kilometres of cycling paths will be added to the existing 600km over the coming years.
The current links between cycle paths will be adapted and improved, even at municipal level. The project will also seek to optimise current signage.
The project also retains the creation of two fast cycling lanes, one between Luxembourg City and Esch-sur-Alzette and the other between the capital and Bettembourg.
