The alleged mafioso, arrested on 9 August in Soleuvre, is set to be extradited to Italy, if the council chambers have their way. This was decided on Friday.
Santo Rumbo, said to have operated at the head of the Ndrangheta mafia, has 3 days to appeal the decision. Judges will then have 20 days to make a final decision.
