Kinsch serves on the board of several companies as an independent director and is also Vice-President of the Luxembourg State Council. He is well known for his highly successful tenure at EY, where he was the Country Managing Partner of EY Luxembourg from 2009 to 2020. Kinsch is also the co-founder of the Luxembourg Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (LPEA).
