In the South district, the party enters the election race with Fred Keup and Fernand Kartheiser as head candidates.
Among the 21 candidates are current municipal councillors Amilcar Caetano (Kayl), Patrick Kohn (Bettembourg), Mara Schammo (Suessem), Bernard Schmit (Esch-sur-Alzette) and Rosella Spagnuolo (Dudelange). ADR Vice President Dan Hardy and ADR Women’s President Sylvie Mischel have also entered the race.
In 2018, the party had won 8.8% of the vote in the South and secured two deputies.
In the Centre district, the ADR has announced Tom Seidig and Alex Penning as its frontrunners. Back in 2018, Roy Reding had secured the deputies’ seat, however, he turned his back on the party a few weeks ago and is now entering the race with his own independent movement.
Among others, State Councillor Nicky Stoffel and ADRenalin President Maksymilian Woroszylo will be representing the party in central Luxembourg.
In the North district, the party has nominated Jeff Engelen, who has been serving as MP since 2018, and Michel Lemaire as top candidates. Also worth noting is that Laurent Gallinaro, a municipal councillor in Weiswampach, is also running.
Several party members resigned from the party during the compilation of the northern candidacy list.
In the East, Alexandra Schoos is heading the list as the only female frontrunner in the party. Her father Jean Schoos is also returning to the polls, as well as Mayor of Stadtbredimus Robi Beissel and ADRenalin General Secretary Jang Modert.
The party received 8.3% of the total votes and four parliamentary seats back in 2018.
