The National Road Authority is set to carry out a roadworks project on the A3 motorway scheduled from 25 October to 28 October.
During this period, motorists will need to bypass part of the Croix de Gasperich interchange, as road surface repairs will be conducted.
The project will result in the complete closure of two motorway ramps:
- The A1 slip road from Trier to the A3 toward Metz.
- The A6 slip road from Cessange onto the A3 toward Metz.
Work is set to start at 9pm on Friday, 25 October, and is expected to conclude by 5am on Monday, 28 October. Motorists are advised to follow the designated diversion routes:
- For those intending to use the A1 slip road, take the A4 toward Esch-sur-Alzette, then the A13 toward Bettembourg.
- For motorists wishing to access the A3 from the A6, head back toward Luxembourg City on the A3, turn around at the Gluck roundabout, and continue toward France on the A3.
