Emergency services responded to a house fire in Boulaide and a series of traffic accidents across the country overnight, according to the CGDIS.

The Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS) was active across Luxembourg overnight, responding to a house fire and a series of road traffic accidents.

On Saturday evening in Boulaide, a house on the Place de l'église in Boulaide caught fire shortly after 7.20pm. Emergency services, including an ambulance from Wiltz and fire brigades from Clervaux, Redange, Wiltz, and Lac de la Haute-Sûre, were despatched to the scene. Authorities have confirmed that no one was injured in the blaze. No further details regarding the cause or extent of the damage have been released.

The CGDIS also dealt with several traffic incidents throughout the night.

Shortly after 9.20pm, a motorcyclist fell and sustained injuries in Rodange.

Later, just after midnight, a collision between two vehicles in Strassen resulted in injuries to two people.

This was followed by another two-car collision in Luxembourg City at approximately 4.30am, which left one person injured.
