The police report renewed car break-ins across the Grand Duchy on Monday.

On Monday, police reported two vehicle break-ins. The first occurred in Remich on Rue de Bâteliers, where cash was stolen.

Later in the day, a car on Rue Christophe Plantin in Luxembourg City was broken into after burglars smashed a window. It remains unclear whether anything was taken.

Investigations are ongoing in both cases.

Authorities are once again reminding the public of preventive measures they can take to protect their vehicles against theft.
