According to police, two men engaged in a violent altercation at the train station in Rodange on Wednesday afternoon.

One of the men was said to have brandished a knife at the other. Later on, police were able to locate this individual following a search. He was found to be heavily intoxicated.

The knife was seized by officers and the man received a written warning. However, as he was deemed to pose a risk to himself and others due to his intoxication, he was arrested and taken for a medical check-up.
