A 24-year prison sentence has been handed down to a man who drove into a group of people outside a Schlammestee nightclub in 2022, leaving two with life-threatening injuries.

A man who deliberately drove into a group of people in Schlammestee in 2022 has been sentenced to 24 years in prison, according to newspaper Wort.

The incident occurred in September 2022, when the then 21-year-old defendant got into an argument outside a nightclub. He later drove his car into three individuals in the car park, intentionally hitting them.

Two of the victims suffered life-threatening injuries but survived.

The court has now found the man guilty and handed down a 24-year prison sentence.
