A full-scale emergency drill will take place at the Intercommunal Hospital in Steinfort between 8am and 3pm on Thursday, according to a statement on the hospital’s social media channels. The exercise is “entirely fictional” and aims to test the hospital’s reactivity and improve emergency response procedures.
Despite the scale of the drill, hospital officials assure the public that patient care will not be affected. All treatments, services, and appointments will continue as scheduled throughout the day.
