Preliminary findings from the prosecutor's office suggest no clear fault by the police officer whose vehicle hit a 12-year-old boy in Luxembourg City last week.
The prosecutor's office has released further information regarding the incident last week in which a police car struck a child in Luxembourg City.
The accident occurred on Thursday, 13 March 2025, at around 3.30pm at the intersection of Boulevard Royal and Avenue Monterey. A 12-year-old boy was hit by a police vehicle while crossing the street.
