In a show of solidarity, residents and supporters gathered in Luxembourg City to commemorate three years of conflict in Ukraine and call for justice and peace across Europe.

Large crowds gathered in Luxembourg City on Saturday afternoon to mark the third anniversary of Russia's invasion of Ukraine.

The LUkraine association organised a solidarity march under the theme "Justice for Ukraine, Peace for Europe," aiming to draw attention to the ongoing conflict on Europe's borders.

The march set off at 2pm from the central railway station, with participants expressing their commitment to demonstrating that imperialism cannot prevail.

The event featured speeches from several prominent figures, including Anne Calteux, the representative of the European Commission in Luxembourg, and British Ambassador Fleur Thomas. Additionally, Nicolas Zharov, president of the LUkraine association, addressed the crowd, alongside a representative from the Polish embassy in Luxembourg.
