As we begin our return to normality, get ready for a cold and cloudy day.

The rain has subsided and the flooding alerts were lifted on Friday – except around the Moselle Valley, which needs to remain vigilant through Saturday.

We're expecting a very cold start to the weekend, but no rain should be spoiling the party. Who is partying outside at a time like this? No idea, but I know you're out there. Just be aware that chances of a long period of sunshine will be rather slim.

It will be cold. And I mean cold. As in -5°C to -3°C minimum temperature cold. Wanna guess what the expected maximum temp will be? I'll give you a clue...

Never mind, I'm too lazy to come up with one at this time of night. It's gonna be 1°C max. Yay.

Still, it's the weekend, so we've got that going for us. Enjoy.
