Alexandra Cojocaru, Playground Cafe founder, stopped by The Melissa Dalton Show for a chat
Opening on 1 December, the Playground Cafe is a new spot in Bissen with loads of fun activities for the kids.
Like many new arrivals in the Grand Duchy, Alexandra Cojocaru started her Luxembourg chapter in the finance sector. However, she always felt something different bubbling up inside her, and that passion took form as the Playground Café. Our friend Melissa Dalton from Today Radio talked to Alexandra about realizing her dream.
Alexandra's journey in the HoReCa industry started back in high school, when she studied tourism and hospitality. She pursued a Master's degree in International Business Strategies and is now set to launch a project that is very "fulfilling on a personal level".
In a space designed to let the adults unwind and the kids play to their hearts' content, the café has several options to keep everyone busy: soft play area, kids reading corner, ball pit, sensory experience and more.
The Playground Cafe is located in Roost / Bissen, and will have its grand opening this Sunday, 1 December at 10am, with facepainting, refreshments, healthy snacks for kids, a giant teddy bear and other surprises.
You can find more information on their facebook page.
