The autumn weather really has arrived, and the week ahead is looking rather unpleasant in Luxembourg.
On Tuesday, gusts of up to 85 km/h are expected, accompanied by strong rainfall – up to 15l/m2 can be reached within six hours, the predictions say.
There is an increased risk of flooding in the South of the country, with a yellow alert in place between Tuesday 4pm and Wednesday 10am.
Thursday and Friday are, as of now, expected to be drier, but temperatures can drop to -4°C at night, with the maximum day temperature only hovering slightly above freezing point.
Come Saturday, temperatures will rise slightly, but the rain will be back for a wet weekend.
