Three men who took a taxi on Sunday morning, and violently assaulted the driver after refusing to pay the fare, were arrested by police in Roeser.

On Sunday morning, three men hired a cab driver but refused to pay the fare upon arriving in Roeser.

“When the cab driver attempted to call the police, the men attacked and injured him,” police reported on Monday. The attackers fled the scene but were later apprehended.

During a search, police found a switchblade on one of the men and approximately 22 grams of hashish on another. Following an order from the Public Prosecutor's Office, the items were confiscated, and a fine was issued.
