The Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS) reported five accidents across the Grand Duchy on Saturday evening.

The first incident of the afternoon took place shortly before 5.30pm as a motorcyclist took a fall on the CR132 between Brouch and Bech. An ambulance from Echternach and firefighters from Consdorf were dispatched to the scene.

At 6.47pm, a car crashed on the A1 headed in the direction of Luxembourg City leaving two people injured. Ambulances from Echternach were on the scene alongside firefighters from Luxembourg City and Niederanven.

At 7.40pm, another car crashed between Bettembourg and Dudelange leaving one person injured. Shortly after, an accident took place between a car and bus between Waldhof and Gonderange, leaving one further person injured.
