A number of incidents occurred on Luxembourg's roads on Friday, alongside several fires.

One person was injured after a vehicle struck a wall near Colmar-Berg shortly after 8am, while another person sustained injuries in a collision on the nearby N7 half an hour later.

Two vehicles later collided on the A3 motorway towards Bettembourg just before 9am, leaving one person with injuries.

In the same area, a lorry engine caught fire in the Bettembourg industrial zone around 30 minutes later, fortunately only resulting in material damage.

Around the same time, there was yet another incident on the N7, near Hoscheid, involving one vehicle.

Shortly before 10am, a pedestrian was injured after being knocked down by a car in Senningerberg.

Finally, a rubbish heap caught fire in Bettendorf early on Friday morning, resulting in material damage.
