On Wednesday, the premises of the Mutualist Medical and Supplementary Fund (CMCM) were searched by police.

This information, initially reported by the newspaper Luxemburger Wort, was confirmed by a spokesperson for the judicial authorities to our colleagues from RTL.lu.

The police operation is unrelated to the recent internal disputes regarding governance or potential financial fraud at CMCM.

According to the public prosecutor's office, the raids were conducted as part of an investigation into a potential breach of privacy laws.
