A series of fires occurred across Luxembourg on Monday evening, including incidents in Dudelange, Mondorf-les-Bains, and Schweebecher Bréck that caused material damage but no injuries.
At around 9.20pm on Monday, a car caught fire in the Schmelz district in Dudelange. Local firefighters were dispatched to the scene to extinguish the flames and neutralise spilled petrol with dry powder. Nobody was injured in the incident and the cause of the fire has yet to be determined.
Another fire was reported in a garden on Rue de Rosiers in Mondorf-les-Bains at 8.15pm. Only material damage occurred in this incident.
At 11.30pm, a bin caught fire in Schweebecher Bréck near Saeul, which firefighters from Useldange swiftly extinguished.
