Luxair currently employs 200 pilots and 350 cabin crew members. By November 2025, Luxair plans to hire 80 to 90 new pilots. This year, the airline has already recruited 60 new flight attendants.
In 2023, Luxair transported over 2.5 million passengers to various holiday destinations. With such a high volume of passengers, it is crucial for cabin crew to be prepared for any in-flight medical emergencies. Cabin crew undergo annual training in a simulator, while pilots receive simulator training every 24 months.
