According to the Grand-Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS), a series of accidents took place from Saturday to Sunday, with three cars crashing into a tree respectively.
On Saturday around 6pm a car collided with a tree on the CR115 in Cruchten, heading towards Schrondweiler. No injuries were reported.
Another similar accident took place around 8.20pm on the CR309 near Poteau de Doncols, heading towards Schleif where another car crashed into a tree, leaving one person injured.
Another car collided into a tree at 3.30am on Sunday in Noertzange on the rue de Schifflange. Once again a person was injured.
Apart from cars crashing into trees, the CGDIS also responded to a car fire in Hollerich, on the rue Raymond Poincaré, around 7.30pm. At 3.36am a car crashed into a lamppost on the Raemerich roundabout in Esch-sur-Alzette, with again no one was injured. Thankfully, no injuries were reported in either incident.
