According to Sunday's police report, several licenses had to be revoked due to drink-driving.

On Saturday shortly after 5pm in Belair an accident took place with a van. Emergency services from Luxembourg City and Mamer were on the scene to treat the three injured individuals.

Around 5.20am on Sunday, on the Esch-sur-Alzette motorway at the A13 exit, a multi-car collision left three people injured. The emergency services team from Esch-sur-Alzette were aided by emergency services from Kayl and Sanem-Differdange with the additional support of emergency medical services as well.

Around 8.30am, another accident took place between Dudelange and Bettembourg. Emergency services from Dudelange were on the scene, and no injuries were reported.

Lastly, the police reportedly revoked several driving licences over the course of Saturday due to drink driving, respectively in the CityWiltz and Esch-sur-Alzette.

In one case on the A13, however, despite a driver getting behind the wheel while drunk, the breathalyser test results were not at a point were the police would have had to revoke the motorist's licence.
