The American Embassy in Luxembourg is accepting applications for this four-week summer programme in the United States until Monday 5 February.

Named for the legendary American statesman and diplomat, Benjamin Franklin, this prestigious fellowship is specifically tailored for students to gain a comprehensive understanding of U.S. foreign policy. Participants will attend workshops, seminars and presentations over the course of four weeks, to learn more about topics such as youth engagement, the support of democracy and civil society, and the enhancement of economic prosperity.
The initiative is designed to empower the younger generation of Europeans and Americans, building robust connections and fostering an understanding of shared values. This year's programme will run from 22 June to 20 July and will take place at Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana.

This fellowship is open to students aged 16 to 18, who are keen to explore international relations and develop a transatlantic network. The application deadline is set for 5 February 2024. For more information please visit the Embassy website.
