Two accidents on Monday afternoon have led to bumper-to-bumper traffic on the A1 in the direction of Croix de Gasperich and on the A6 in the direction of Croix de Gasperich.
Two cars crashed on the A1 around 3pm. Traffic was building up to the Kirchberg exit in the afternoon. The vehicles have stopped on the hard shoulder, caution is advised.
Around 3.15pm, three cars were involved in an accident on the A6 at the Croix de Cessange. They were stuck at the end of the ramp coming from the A4. A 3 kilometre tailback was reported by ACL.
Meanwhile, as part of the motorway blockade of farmers in Belgium, traffic is severely disrupted on the E411/A4 at the Weyler interchange near Arlon. Traffic is rolling slowly, and there is a 5 kilometre tailback towards Belgium.
