Following the announcement on the KFC establishment at Belval Plaza, Firce Capital, tasked with nationwide expansion, confirmed plans for more KFC restaurants in Luxembourg.
Firce Capital's Retail branch, taking charge of the KFC project, anticipates ten restaurant openings in Luxembourg over the next five years, with the first locations expected in 2024, creating over 500 jobs by 2028.
The development gained momentum at the end of last year, with the news that the Esch-based shopping center, Belval Plaza, would host the country's first KFC restaurant.
The company's goal is for KFC to become the most successful restaurant chain in the entire Greater Region. Isabelle Herman, CEO of KFC France, highlights the Luxembourg market's dynamism, making it an ideal location for the brand's expansion.
According to Herman, Belval Plaza, with its strategic location and growing visitor flow, is the perfect place for the inauguration of the first KFC in Luxembourg.
Before Firce Capital stepped in, EG Group was in charge of bringing KFC to Luxembourg. Their first plans were for locations in the north, specifically Marnach and Pommerloch. However, the Marnach project has been replaced, and Burger King is now set to take its place.
