RTL Today - On the N3: Lorry overturned between Luxembourg and Frisange

Emergency services were called out on Friday afternoon after a lorry came off the road and landed on its side.

The incident took place on the N3, near Alzingen, between Hesperange and Schlammestee.

For reasons as yet unknown, the heavy goods vehicle veered off the road and rolled onto its side in a nearby field. Fortunately, the driver was left unharmed by the crash.

Recovery operations were launched to get the truck, which was transporting construction machinery at the time, back onto the road. However, the incident has triggered traffic disruption in the area, exacerbated by the fact that the A3 motorway is still blocked around Bettembourg.
