On Tuesday, emergency services in Luxembourg were called to two separate incidents, resulting in hospitalisations for individuals involved.

In Esch-sur-Alzette, just before midday on Tuesday, the Grand Ducal Fire and Rescue Corps (CGDIS) responded to a report of a cellar fire. Teams from Esch-sur-Alzette and Sanem-Differdange were despatched to the scene. Five individuals were hospitalised for precautionary checks following the incident.

Meanwhile, at approximately 2pm, a pedestrian was struck by a car in Limpertsberg/Luxembourg City. The Luxembourg City emergency services responded to the incident, and the injured individual was admitted to hospital.
