The collision sent the car flying on to the pavement, but fortunately nobody suffered any injuries.

The accident took place at Place Benelux in Esch-sur-Alzette at 8.50am on Tuesday.

After the van and the car collided, the latter vehicle was forced on to the nearby pavement. Fortunately, no passers-by were around at the time and both drivers also stayed unharmed.
