In its latest weekly report, the Health Directorate recorded 1,550 Covid-19 cases, down 217 from the previous week.

In the period of 20 to 26 March, six people died after having contracted Covid-19. At the same time, overall infection numbers decreased.

20 coronavirus patients were hospitalised, one of whom had to be treated in an Intensive Care Unit.

The number of influenza cases has meanwhile declined. The type B virus remains dominant.
