The remains of a small black dog were found on Tuesday morning by the football field behind the Jean-Pierre Nuel school in Tétange.

Based on the injuries found on the corpse, the police assume that the dog died from severe abuse.

As the dog's owners have not yet been identified, the police are launching a witness appeal to the public.
