Two further deaths from Covid-19 were reported over the last two days, meaning the total death toll in the Grand Duchy now stands at 808.
As a reminder, the Ministry of Health is no longer publishing Covid-19 data on Sundays.
7,347 tests were carried out on Saturday, with 105 coming back positive. The positivity rate was 1.43%.
A further 609 tests were carried out on Sunday, identifying 37 cases. The positivity rate was 6.09%.
There are 35 patients in standard hospital care, down by seven from the last update, while the number in intensive care fell by one to 28.
As of yesterday, there were 1,772 active infections in Luxembourg, while 66,610 patients have recovered from the virus.
199,581 people have received their first vaccine dose in Luxembourg. 85,332 have received a second dose.
