Although year-on-year numbers are down, 14 more people requested international protection in Luxembourg in March, compared to February this year.
The majority of requests came from Eritreans, at a total of 23. A further 20 were of Syrian origin, five from Afghanistan, and the remaining 31 hailed from various other countries.
