Back in November 2020, the prosecution requested the life sentence due to sufficient evidence and the fact that the 32-year-old’s deed was premeditated. Furthermore, he did not have a credible alibi for the time of the murder.
On Tuesday, a Luxembourg City court thus accepted the request and delivered the judgement of murder.
