The 91st edition of Luxembourg City's Braderie will take place on Monday.
Around 200 participants are eagerly waiting for Monday to sell their products in the capital's streets and corners.
The 2020 edition will be unique in the sense that for the first time, alcohol will be prohibited at the event.
The municipality explained that the same rules would apply that have been set up for other events around the city over the course of the summer.
For the day of the Braderie sale, no catering vans will be allowed in the streets either. However, two food villages will nevertheless be installed, one at place Guillaume II, the other in rue Origer, which will be closed off for car traffic on Monday.
City officials also announced that masks will be mandatory for all guests and employees at the event. A reminder was therefore issued, asking people to respect safety distances and organise their commute to the city in advance.
The P+R Bouillon, the one in Kockelscheuer, as well as Luxembourg-South A+B will all be connected to the city centre with additional buses. The same applies to the stadium parking.
