According to a press release issued by Cactus on Thursday evening, the three branches had been subjected to a hacking attack. Technicians were working to restore the system as soon as possible.
On Saturday 2 May it was confirmed that the issue was still ongoing, as Cactus apologised for the inconvenience and directed customers to other branches.
