The service offers a very simple procedure: after making an appointment online, the “video consultation” option appears. Upon clicking this, users will receive a secure link which will allow the patient to get in touch with their chosen doctor at the defined time.
A virtual office will appear in which a classic consultation can take place, either via the smartphone application or the website on the computer.
A hundred health professionals were registered in the system when the service was launched on Friday morning. The company is supported by the National Health Fund.
