
Fourteen LuxairTours customers are quarantined at the hotel, the tour operator announced in a press conference. Later on Tuesday evening, the Health Directorate in Luxembourg announced that all prior LuxairTours customers that stayed at the hotel last week - and have since returned - have been isolated as a precautionary measure.

According to RTL sources, the quarantined individuals in Luxembourg are both adults and students. The Ministry of Health did not provide a figure of affected individuals.
Any other residents who were recently in Tenerife, but in other hotels rather than the H10 Costa Adeje Palace, are only at a minimal risk of potentially contracting the virus. For these residents, the government advises they monitor their health and contact 112 or the sanitary inspection unit if they have symptoms such as a fever or breathing issues.
