
The budget for 2020 forecasts ordinary revenue of 860 million euros, while expenditure should reach 596 million euros.
Among the largest investments, 28 million euros are planned for the National Rescue Centre and 25 million euros for the new football and rugby stadium between the Cloche d’Or and Kockelscheuer.
On Monday evening, the mayor of Luxembourg, Lydie Polfer, also announced that on 20 January, 15 new infrastructure projects for the land currently occupied by the Josy Barthel stadium on Route d’Arlon will be presented to the public, who will then have two weeks to review the proposals.
