The radar, installed on the B7 near Ettelbrück, was partially damaged a few days ago. Someone had tried to obstruct the radar’s “vision” by covering the flash with a black band.
However, it seems that the attempt proved to be in vain, since police told our colleagues at RTL 5 minutes that the device continues to work normally. During its first two years of service, this particular radar had the highest count of flashes across Luxembourg.
