The ‘housing consultant’ is to play a key role as well. This person can either be recruited within the municipality itself or externally and must have completed special training.
Of the 85 municipalities that have already signed the convention, eleven chose to recruit the consultant internally, while 74 opted for an external consultant.
The housing consultant will have a number of tools at their disposal, including the Housing Pact Hotline as well as the IT platform SIGINOVA-PL2.0.
