The Ministry sent mobile teams to maximise vaccination numbers for those who were unable to visit the ‘Wanteraktioun’ premises, where the first campaign took place. On 16, 19 and 20 July, 160 people were given the Johnson&Johnson jab. The mobile teams went to the Caritas social bistro in Bonnevoie, as well as to the respective shelters in Luxembourg-City and in Esch-sur-Alzette.
Each mobile vaccination team was composed of a mobile team leader, as well as an administrative and logistical assistant from the Luxembourg Army, the CGDIS or the customs.
