Luxembourg’s Police School in Findel hosted the swearing-in of 159 new officers on Thursday, in a ceremony attended by Minister for Home Affairs Léon Gloden.
Minister Gloden addressed the recruits, emphasising the vital role of police work. “There is no freedom without security”, he stated, while thanking the new officers for their commitment.
Police Chief Pascal Peters noted the strong turnout as evidence of the force’s continued appeal as an employer.
