5 July – Ronan Keating – Luxembourg City – MUSIC

Head to the Kinnekswiss for the first of 3 open-air, free concerts and watch the Irish singer-songwriter Ronan Keating, making his 2nd appearance in as many months. Keating will be supported by our very own Josh Island from 7.30-8.30pm and is due on from 9pm onwards.

5-7 July – Foire Agricole - Ettelbruck – MEET

Bring the kids, the parents and 4-legged friends to Luxembourg’s agricultural fair (Foire Agricole), which last year welcomed some 40,000 visitors. Expect all things bucolic, from equestrian shows and workshops to admiring local cattle breeds and buying agricultural equipment.

6 July – Philharmonie Summer concert – Luxembourg City – MUSIC

Grab a picnic blanket, some bubbles and head to the Kinnekswiss for an evening with the Luxembourg Philharmonic and its maestro, Gustavo Gimeno. The free concert starts at 9pm

6 July - Antique and Flea Market - Luxembourg City - MARKETS

Bargain hunters and visitors can peruse and acquire curios, collectors' items and treasures at the antique and flea market (marché à la brocante), held on Place d’Armes twice a month.

6 July – Screaming Fields – Esch Belval – MUSIC

The final eight candidates of the competition for Luxembourg musicians between the ages of 12 and 25 are performing at the Screaming Fields Festival. Open to the public and free for all, the event is in its 14th year and will take place at Rockhal Club, with doors opening at 6pm, plus a bevy of prizes to be announced during the evening's concluding Award Ceremony at 11pm.

6 July – Calvin Harris - LuxExpo Open Air  – Kirchberg – MUSIC

In one of the biggest nights of the year, producer, DJ and songwriter Calvin Harris will be performing for the first time in Luxembourg at LuxExpo Open Air. 6 July – Canto Ostinato – Abbey de Neimenster – MUSIC

As part of the Garden Delights festival at the Abbey de Neimenster, you can experience 75 minutes of pure music without interruption, performed by musicians of the Victor Kraus Group in the cloister garden.

Don’t miss the prestigious polo event of the summer at the Reitstall Ecurie de la Petrusse (Rue de Celtes, Merl). Two polo games, entertainment as well as a White Gala Evening with Aperinetwork Luxembourg. Event organisers will be hosted on Sunny Side Up on Wednesday 3rd July. Be sure to tune in.

7 July – Flea Market – Luxembourg City – MARKET

An unmissable event for you bargain hunters and vintage fans out there, come to Place Guillaume on this Sunday. The Luxembourg City flea market is a large street market where private people can sell second-hand items they no longer need.

7 July - Art Market Grund  - Luxembourg City - ART

Spend your Sunday at the open-air exhibition 'Konscht am Gronn' in the Grund. Every first Sunday of the month until October, 34 national and international artists have come together to proudly showcase their art. Among the stalls you will find paintings and drawings, photography, pottery, woodwork, glassblowing and much more. After 2pm, the longstanding Café des Artistes will accompany the event with low-fi, smooth jazz music. Refreshments and food will be available to buy at the café.

7 July – Snow Patrol – LuxExpo Open Air – Kirchberg – MUSIC

As part of the huge series of concerts at LuxExpo, Luxembourg audiences have a chance to catch Snow Patrol, the Northern-Irish-Scottish rock band, famous for the past 20 years. For an evening to remember, you can also buy  VIP tickets for an open bar, catering and a dedicated private area for 139 euros, or just be happy to catch the band behind “Songs for Polarbears” for a mere 67,50 euros, still available at time of writing. A ticket competition will be run online and on air.

7 July – Roisin Murphy  – Kinnekswiss - Luxembourg City – MUSIC

Head to the Kinnekswiss with your picnic blanket for the last  of the open-air, free concerts and watch the Irish singer songwriter Roisin Murphy, supported by Edsun.

8 July – Jungle – Rockhal – Esch/Belval - MUSIC

If it’s funky vibes you are looking for tonight, don’t miss Jungle’s show at the Rockhal.

9 July – Calum Scott – Neimenster Abbey – Luxembourg City – MUSIC

Another open-air concert but this time you can experience Calum Scott’s heartfelt melodies and powerful vocals in the magical setting in the courtyard of Neimenster Abbey. Limited tickets still available at time of writing.

11 July – Orchestra Baobab – Wiltz – MUSIC

Celebrate with Orchestra Baobab, marking its 50th anniversary at the Festival de Wiltz with new members, new songs with Afro-latin, funk and soul sounds from Senegal. 11 July – Pride Run 2024 – Luxembourg City – MEET

In its second year, the Luxembourg Pride Run is expected to welcome 3,500 runners and walkers taking in 5/10km from 7pm on Thursday, 11 July. Participants can register online for this sporting and festive event to celebrate diversity and inclusion until Friday 5 July. Part of the funds raised will be donated to LGBTIQ+ associations.

12 July – Concerts de Midi – Luxembourg City – MUSIC

Come and enjoy a classical, free concert featuring the brass band of the Luxembourg Chamber Orchestra.  The ”concerts de midi” are designed to provide music lovers with a chance to enjoy a midday musical interlude. All concerts take place from 12:30-13:30

12 -13 July – Second Hand Bike Market – Luxembourg – MARKET

Come and visit the "We Ride", Luxembourg’s second-hand bike market. Over 2 days, you can either sell your bike and/or buy one. You will be able to get hold of new bike parts and accessories. Free entry and registration on until 10 July.

13 July – Sam Smith - LuxExpo Open Air – Kirchberg – MUSIC

For the first time ever in Luxembourg, the inimitable Sam Smith is performing at LuxExpo. Smith’s hits include “Stay With Me” and “Writing’s on the Wall”. Tickets still available at all prices.

13 July – Beyond Music Festival – Vianden – MUSIC

With 3 stages, Vianden Castle will be transformed into Vianden’s first electronic music festival. Expect a lineup of over 10 national and international DJs, ensuring a showcase of local talent across all stages. The event is sold out, but contact Beyond Music for any late availability.

13-14 July – Luxembourg Pride – Luxembourg City – MEET

To celebrate the 25th anniversary of Luxembourg Pride, the iconic Conchita Wurst is headlining a 2-day street festival in Luxembourg City and Esch-sur-Alzette. Kicking off with the Equality March on Saturday, the festival will showcase artists, speeches and performances. For details, visit luxembourgpride.lu/street-fest.

13-14 July – The Contract – Mudam _ Luxembourg City – ART

The Contract is a newly commissioned performance by artist Hanne Lippard that deals with definitions, repetition and the question of responsibility. Access to the event, which is part of the “A Model” exhibition, both days at 16:00 is included in the entrance fee.

14 July – Dubioza Kolektiv – Wiltz – MUSIC

Come along and watch the phenomenon Dubioza Kolektiv, a band from Bosnia, who have been thrilling audiences with their blend of dub-rock-hip hop-ska since 2003. Part of the Festival de Wiltz. Tickets are 33 euros

14 July – EUROS 2024 Final – SPORT

For football fans, wanting to watch the EURO final on the big screen, here are a few public viewing events taking place. If it’s atmosphere you are going for, the biggest crowds can be expected at the Glacis car park in the city centre , with the match being shown on a 50-square-meter screen. Embrace the nostalgia with timeless hits and new classics from British rock legends Status Quo.
