1. Celebrate Duke's Night
What: Big celebration weekend

Duke's Night on Saturday is Luxembourg's biggest party, leading into the Grand Duke's official birthday on Sunday. A torchlight procession makes its way through the streets at 9.30pm, fireworks are on display at 11pm on Pont Adolphe, and DJ Robin Schulz is playing a free gig at Glacis - people party in the streets until sunrise.

2. See arms parade
What: Traditional military parade
Where: Avenue de la Liberté
When: Sunday, 23 June at 12pm – FREE - more info here
A part of the National Day programme is the traditional presentation of arms and the military parade on Avenue de la Liberté from midday onwards. Before is a 21-gun salute at Fetschenhof in honour of the Grand Duke.
3. Play games on the Kinnekswiss
What: Games day
Where: Kinnekswiss municipal park
When: Sunday, 23 June between 10am–6pm – FREE – more info here
As part of the festivities on 23 June, entertainment and games are being organised for people of all ages at the municipal park. More than a hundred fun and educational workshops and games will be set up by various associations and performers. Come along and enjoy!

4. Hear Serge Tonnar at the Liewenshaff
What: Socio-educational centre
Where: Liewenshaff 32, Duerfstrooss L-9165 Merscheid

The Liewenshaff, a socio-educational centre that helps young people reintegrate into society, organises a concert with well-known folk singer Serge Tonnar and band. A great storyteller and lyricist. The Liewenshaff also promotes access to culture for all. Tickets available at the box office.

5. Get stuffed at food truck fest

Where: Remich besides the river

Hop (or roll) on a culinary journey through Remich's Food Truck Festival, taking place right beside the Moselle river. Whether you're a passionate food lover, a professional chef or hobby cook, this gathering brings people from all backgrounds and generations together. Head down to Remich for a handful of cuisines and bon appetit!

6. Try a dating event
