One of Luxembourg City's most iconic restaurants may be serving its last plate, as Maybe Not Bob's goes up for sale in hopes of finding a successor to carry on its legacy.

The beloved Luxembourg restaurant Maybe Not Bob's, a staple of the capital's dining scene for the past three decades, is officially for sale. Located in the Rives de Clausen, the restaurant announced on social media that it is seeking a new owner. If no buyer is found, the doors will close for good at the end of August.

"After 30 unforgettable years filled with laughter, love, family, and shared moments with our community, it is with heavy hearts that we announce Maybe Not Bob's is officially for sale," read a statement on the restaurant's Facebook page.

On social media, the restaurant explained that it is now looking for someone new "who can carry the soul of Maybe Not Bob's forward". Anyone interested is invited to get in touch directly or simply stop by in person.

Described by its owners as more than just a place to eat – "a home, a meeting place, an adventure made of passion and heart" – Maybe Not Bob's has hosted countless birthdays, farewells, and romantic dinners.

The team now hopes someone will step in to continue its legacy: "From the bottom of our hearts, we would love for the spirit of Maybe Not Bob's to live on through someone new".
